Our Services

The Restoration Estimator supports contractors, restoration companies, and homeowners with a full menu of professional estimating services. Every scope is written in Xactimate by IICRC certified estimators with real field experience.

Here is what we offer:

24 Hour Turnaround

Insurance work moves fast, and an estimate sitting in a queue costs you money. Standard scopes are returned within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation, so you can submit to the carrier, schedule your crews, and keep the project moving. In most cases, files submitted before 3:00 PM EST receive a same day estimate. When a loss happens after hours, we are still ready to write.

Reconstruction Estimates

Once demolition and drying are complete, the rebuild phase needs its own scope. Provide us with post-demo photos, the materials and finishes involved, and your projected timeline, and we will assemble a complete reconstruction estimate and present it to the insurance adjuster on your behalf. Our line items reflect how the work is actually sequenced in the field, which makes the estimate easier to defend and easier to build from.

Water Mitigation Estimates

Accurate mitigation scopes start with the right details: the category and class of the loss, the extent of demolition required, affected materials, and the equipment counts and drying days the job will actually demand. Send us your moisture readings, photos, and sketch, and we will return a carrier-ready Xactimate estimate built to IICRC standards. Each scope is priced as a simple flat rate, so you always know your estimating cost before the job begins.

Local Measuring and Scoping Services

For projects in our local service area, we will come to the property ourselves. Our team takes the measurements, documents the damage, builds the sketch, and develops the scope on site, giving you a turnkey estimate without pulling your crew off production work. It is the same carrier-ready deliverable, backed by boots-on-the-ground verification. Pricing for on-site measuring and scoping varies by project, so please call us to discuss your job and receive a quote.

Packout Estimates

Contents and packout work is frequently undervalued in estimates written by people who have never done it. Tell us what packing materials were used, the inventory involved, and the labor hours your crew put in, and we will produce a fair, fully itemized estimate that captures the true value of the work. Packout scopes are billed at a flat rate per estimate.

Adjuster Negotiation

You should be running jobs, not arguing line items. After your estimate is submitted, we handle the negotiation with the insurance adjuster directly, supported by documentation and pricing justification. We revise the estimate as many times as it takes; there is no cap on revisions, because the goal is a final approved scope you are fully satisfied with.

Supplement Estimates

When the original scope missed something, or the project uncovered work nobody could have foreseen, a supplement protects your margin. We draft the supplemental estimate, send it to you for sign-off, then submit it to the adjuster and keep pressing for approval until it is resolved. Fast supplement approvals keep your crews working and your cash flow moving instead of stalling in adjuster back-and-forth.

Fire Damage Estimates

Fire losses are rarely simple. A single claim can involve board-up, emergency drying, soot and odor cleaning, air filtration, protection of metals and glass, selective demolition, and full reconstruction. We evaluate the documentation you provide, determine which phases apply, and prepare a thorough estimate covering mitigation, repairs, or both for submission to the carrier.

Mold Remediation Estimates

Remediation scopes demand precision because carriers scrutinize them closely. We prepare detailed Xactimate estimates covering containment setup, negative air and HEPA filtration, removal of affected materials, cleaning protocols, and post-remediation needs. Our familiarity with how adjusters review mold claims helps your scope hold up the first time.
